Missing Firetaoist spells and 2nd Reborn skill

I took a small break for a while, left when my skills were completly fixed... Now that i am completely back, I need the skills back... you know how embarsing it is to be a war-war-fire without reflect, bless and other skills?

happened to evryone, its called bad luck, as we play on a pvt server theres no guarantee at all regarding our accounts

im not complaining, i like the server... like the people on it, just would like to get the skills back, even if they are elementry again. I can always refix them, no big. its kind of a pain being second reborn and cant get lucky time at all.

why dont they make an npc for the skills and reflect
