question about 2nd rb 137

well the 2nd server isnt up yet and i wanted to donate for 2nd rb 137 char on the 2nd server. if i donate now will it be made 137 2nd rb after i make it when the server opens? and also will i get to choose the classes? will it be 137-137-137? and do i have to learn the spells i want b4 its rb? cuz i wanna be wat-war-tro.
